The above is my second video based on the book “Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard” by Chip and Dan Heath. In it, I talk about what the Heaths call the second surprise about change: the distinction between laziness and the exhaustion that comes from having to start performing a new behavior.

In the next post, we will see how this distinction applies to Product Owners on Scrum teams, what problems it can cause, and what can be done about it.
